Privacy Policy

promptpng ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

Browsing the gallery and copying prompts requires no signup and collects nothing personal. When you use login, favorites or image generation, we collect: email, password (stored bcrypt-hashed, irreversible), and records of items you save or generate. With Google Sign-In we receive your email, name and avatar from Google.

2. How we use it

For authentication and recovery, cross-device favorites, generation quota metering and billing, and sending activation / password-reset / order emails. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third parties

We use: Postmark (email), Google (optional sign-in), Cloudflare R2 (image storage/CDN), Yunwu API (AI generation), ZPay (payments). Each processes data only as needed for its function.

4. Cookies & local storage

Your login token (JWT) is stored in your browser's localStorage to keep you signed in; it is not used for cross-site tracking.

5. Your rights

You can sign out or remove favorites anytime. To delete your account or export data, email support@promptpng.com; we handle requests within 30 days.

6. AI generation image storage & visibility

Images you choose to "share" enter the public gallery and may be indexed by search engines. Unshared generated images are stored in access-controlled private storage, visible and downloadable only to you after sign-in; others cannot access them even if they obtain the link. After you unshare an image, it no longer appears in the public gallery.
